Revenge is a dish served in pairs… so when Chase and I use each other to get back at our cheating exes, will we find love instead?
When I find my boyfriend cheating on me with another guy’s girlfriend, the last thing I want is to get him back. Instead, I reach out to the boyfriend of the girl that he was cheating with. Chase is a star football player, and I can’t quite wrap my head around the fact that someone would be dumb enough to cheat on him. Together, we hatch a plan: We’ll pretend to date so that our exes can see what they’ve been missing.
As the two of us get closer and thoughts of my ex start to drift away, things begin to heat up, and we both get scared. Feelings were not part of the bargain, but it looks like it’s not going to matter. Are the wounds from our exes too fresh for us to overcome? Will we be able to leave the lie that we have been living in, or will admitting our true feelings so that it was the truth all along?

“Let them think they haven't got to you, even though they have. If they think they're in your head, rent free, then they win."
Sacked was super cute in a lovey-dovey sort of way. If you are looking for a few laughs, a cute and corny love story, and getting back at an ex for cheating - this is the book for you.
Chase and Ashley were so upset over their cheating exes that they didn't see the love blooming between them. I mean, sure they felt it - but they ignored it because they wanted their exes back... Until they didn't. I think the only part I didn't like was that they wanted their exes back, but I kind of get it for Ashley. She was with him for a long time, and he was comfortable and what she knew. Needless to say, but I will say it anyway, I am glad she didn't get back with him - because the man was a hot mess and not in the spicy disaster type of way!
I actually enjoyed this book more than I did the first one. Sacked was evenly paced, with no plot holes, and well written. Yes, Fumbled was too... I just liked this story line a bit better.
My favorite character was Chase’s housekeeper. She had no problem telling him how she felt about his ex!
As with the other reviews I have read... I cannot wait until Bam's story! He's the one that is going to fall on his face in love and I can't wait to read it happen! Also... I licked him first - he's mine ladies!
